[Loch-Ruadh] Passing of the cloak - Kragenworth Keep

Greetings and Salutations goode Gentles,
 
The following is from Duchess Willow, the current holder of the cloak, as criteria for Bardic on the 11th of July:
 
"I just want them to bring their best piece and I will be giving prizes for best song, story, poem and other."
 
I will post directions and the rest at a date closer to the 11th.
