just incase    any one might  have  missed me  thanks for the prayers and good thoughts   and with any luck    i am back   a little sore but in better shape     although i don't recommend   having 3  bolts and a disc  shuffled around in your back .  granted i am still a little grumpy and still have some therapy to go and the doc won'T let me drive ye t      it is sure great to be home in my keep
