Authorities have released the names of four young adults involved in an early-morning crash near Dubuque.


Timothy J. Hanten, 23, of Dubuque, was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene, according to a release by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department.


Three others were also injured in the crash, including Milton S. Matson, 19, Alex W. Baumann, 21, and Toireasa A. Yunk, 20, all of Dubuque. The injured were transported to The Finley Hospital, where Baumann and Matson were treated and released. Yunk, who was also ejected from the car, received non-life threatening injuries, authorities said.
