I apologize that the reminders haven't gone out sooner so everyone can plan.

We will be discussing Gulf War at this meeting and seeking volunteers to be coordinators for Gulf War 2009. We need a Land Coordinator, Kitchen Coordinator, and a Camp Coordinator. If you are planning on attending Gulf War 2009 please make plans to attend this meeting.

Fighter Practice generally refers to the gathering of Chivalric or 'heavy' fighters to train, practice and get authorized as a fighter. Newcomers are welcome and can try the activities.

Wearing garb is encouraged but not required
