[Loch-Ruadh] Deputy in Charge

[Loch Ruadh Seneschal]

My lady Amber and I will be out of the country from 5 through 9 August attending her father's funeral.  
 
In my absence, my deputy, Lady Katheryn de Ryes, will serve as Loch Ruadh's Seneschal.  Among other matters, she will be running the upcoming Populace Meeting on Wednesday.
