Greetings!

On behalf of our Seneschal, Lord Padraig, I would like to remind you that
we have a VERY busy Officers meeting planned for this week. Here is a
brief list of topics to be discussed at the meeting in addition to the
usual officers reports. Other items may be added at the meeting.


Proposed Minister of Children (MoC)

Proposed Demo Coordinator Position

Making Titled Champions at our yearly event. For example: The Titled Bard
of Loch Ruadh, The Titled Chivalric Champion of Loch Ruadh etc.

The populace is encouraged to attend.   The meeting will start at 8:00 pm. Officers Meeting is a monthly gathering of the Officers of the Shire for planning purposes. Upcoming events, purchases and other items are discussed, and will then be brought before the group for voting at the next Populace Meeting. Also the forum where Officers make the Seneschal aware of any problems and/or potential trouble spots pertaining to the running of and the general well-being of the Shire.

At this meeting the populace is asked to attend in modern clothing rather than garb. Thank you!
