[Loch-Ruadh] Steppes Artisan and Elfsea Baronial College

I believe the site fee if $8.00 for members with a $3.00 nonmember surcharge 
for those without proof of membership.  There is no sideboard, but there are 
many places close to UTA to get lunch.
