[Loch-Ruadh] Bardic

I thought it was changed to May 27th at our house, but I'm not sure.  I just 
remember thinking that it was the day before graduation at the school (the 
one I teach at).

At the last Officer's Meeting, I suggested that we hold bardic separately 
from Warlord, as it limits attendees to only those able to attend the event. 
This was agreed upon, but I thought we had changed it to a different date.
