    praise  god        i came though  with  good results      i can lift  no more  than 5lbs    and will be sore  and my not make a  event for  a while but  i am doing great  no pain in my hip or  legs 
  i am still a little weak    see  u all  later    i will let u all when  i can do much talking  (barking ) for a while
