[Loch-Ruadh] Scarlet Letter Submission Deadline Reminder

>From the Herald,  All is quiet (well, as quiet as heralds can be) in the
Herald's arena. Upon my last perusal of the all lists and letters, devices
and names submitted from the Shire are still "in process". We have had no
new submissions since the Ansteorran XXX celebration. I have had one person
express an interest in registering a name, but no action has been taken yet.
