[Loch-Ruadh] Bice Update

HL Bice was one of the first members of Loch Ruadh we met when we first 
moved and started playing with the Canton of Loch Ruadh.  She was a 
wonderful person and will be sorely missed.  Our condolences go out to her 
family and to Dana.
