[Loch-Ruadh] OT - need a plumber and help with yard/house

Greetings, all.

I'm looking for a plumber to repair a pipe under the kitchen sink and
perhaps install two new toilets, a bathroom sink, and an outside spigot if
the money holds out.

I'm also looking for someone to do some yard work (rake, pick up trash, move
some lumber and bricks) and someone to do some house work (intense floor
scrubbing, sweeping, picking up stuff, etc.).  I am trying to do the right
thing and not hire some braceros, but as I can only afford to pay about
$10/hr, I'm not getting any bites.  Surely there are some teenagers who
would like to earn some Christmas money, and the job pays more than retail
or flipping hamburgers.  It could even turn out to be a regular gig.
