[Loch-Ruadh] Webminister Officer Open for Application

Laird Caerell Mac Domnaill has been Loch Ruadh's Webminister for (mumble-mumble) 
years now, and has expressed the desire to pursue some of his other SCA 
interests.  He has done an outstanding job rebuilding and maintaining the Shire 
webpages and everything associated with them and we shall miss his almost 
instantaneous updates, but no one should be tied to an SCA job forever.

This being the case, this email formally opens the Officer of Webminister for 
the Shire of Loch Ruadh for applications.  The application period will close at 
Officer's Meeting, 16 February 2011.  This notice will also be posted in the 
January-February issue of the Scarlet Letter.
