[Loch-Ruadh] Hospitaler position

Greetings to the populace of Loch Ruadh,

As you have already heard from Padraig, I must regretfully step down as the
Hospitaler of Loch Ruadh. Between work, school, and family, I have not had
the time to spend on this office that this group deserves.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone for all of your help while
I served in this position. Most importantly, I would like to thank my two
deputies for all the help that they have given me. I owe a great deal to
Lady Cait O'Hara and Baroness Dana Mac an Ghabhann.

I will continue to serve while a replacement is located. Please contact me
