The newsletter flyer is correct. I extended the mail-in deadlines, the Form was already out.
Online pre-registrations will be accepted using ACCEPS via the Web site until Feb. 18, 2010.

Paper pre-registrations most be postmarked by Feb. 18 and received by Feb. 25, 2010.

With the lateness of the ACCEPS start-up it looked like the right thing to do, given the time delay for newsletter issues.
