ok to ALL  Wed meal will no longer be Gumbo .... instead ... it is seasoned pork chops and vegi-pasta ... and there it is .. it was going to cost me over 300 bucks to do the gumbo ... we cant afford that ...sence we are doing the meal solo .. so there it is .. love you guys and cant wait to see you all .... and to whom it may consern ... last year .. at GW ... someone had a flat plate that went over the 2 burnner gril .. i would like to know if i might be able to use it .. to speed cook the chops .... thank you ... ..... and ps there will be 140 chops ...so plenty for everyone to eat there fill ...
