[Loch-Ruadh] Hosting Roundtable

[Loch Ruadh Seneschal]

I'm going to write the information out as it is easier than uploading the bid form somewhere, but I wil do that as well if anyone wants to see it.

The bid to be submitted is on the standard Request for Date on Kingdom Calendar / Bid for Kingdom Event form, and contains our group information, the event name (Roundtable), the date (17 July 2010) and the following:


A brief description of the
event and planned activities. – OR – Our available Facilities for a Kingdom
Event include:
The Student Union of Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX.  6
classrooms that will seat 20 and a meeting hall thatcan
bedivided into four rooms as necessary.  Attendees will have access to the Student
Union cafeteria.

Lord Alric has volunteered to have his name submitted as the Autocrat.  The budget will be $120 for classroom rental (6 rooms X $20), and that will be covered/reimbursed by the Kingdom.
