We meet in modern clothing.  Please bring a camp chair as seating is limited.

Important agenda items for this meeting:

- Shannon River Raids wrap-up and reporting
- 2011 event proposals due
- Discussion of new newsletter/website release requirements
- Gate:
    - Standing Stones workday
    - Gate work trip
- Recruiting

All Officers should attend this meeting, and anyone who is interested in the
