[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf War gate trip

Well, while we're trying to schedule things, I might as well be the first to bring this up.
 
I can go on the GW trip on Labor Day weekend, and if we schedule it in time I might even be able to take Friday off.  We need several people to go to set the additional standing stones, though.
