[Loch-Ruadh] Christmas party and Officer's Meeting

As was discussed at the Populace meeting, the calendar has a Christmas party and bardic scheduled in conjunction with the Officers' meeting next Wednesday, but doesn't have a time and location listed.
 
Does anyone know where that was scheduled to happen, or lacking a location would someone volunteer to have it at their place?
