[Loch-Ruadh] Populace Meeting Canceled

[Loch Ruadh Seneschal]

Due to the icy road conditions, Populace Meeting that was scheduled for this 
evening is canceled.  We will reschedule after I've had a chance to check with 
the Quebec Street IHOP about availability for another date.

Can someone please make sure this goes on on Facebook as well?  I can't access 
Facebook from work, and I know many of our folk check Facebook more regularly 
than email these days.
