Due the forecast of more winter weather for this coming Wednesday, Populace
Meeting will be delayed until 16 February, 7:30pm at the Quebec Street IHOP.
As this is supposed to be the evening of Officer's Meeting, Officers will meet
just prior to Populace at 6:30pm, same location.
