[Loch-Ruadh] gulf war camping

Greetings to those going to War

The ACCEPS DEADLINE for GW XX is fast approaching,  Therefore, If you intend to camp with the Shire of Loch Ruadh at GW XX then I need to have:
1.  Proof of pre-registration as camping with Loch Ruadh
2.  Size of tent and which side the door is on, and please no more "it's on the round side" as that is only funny once
3.  location you desire in camp (you MAY actually get that location)

I need this by no later than March 1, If it's after that you will NOT be camping with Loch Ruadh.
To date the only ones that have sent their proof of pre-registration are:
