Around 4 am I finally drifted of,Thank you all for your reply's,I am a bit calmer this morning.I'm going to go buy stronger spray nozzles today.

I'm sure that was very scary. I'm very pleased that the damage was minimal
and you were there before it could get worse. Our area has conditions that
make most any fire extremely dangerous.  So be careful, the house you save
may be your own.
