I am pleased to announce that Baroness Alys, Central Regional Seneschal, has 
made her decision concerning the new Seneschal of Loch Ruadh.

Congratulations, Lord Terrence adte Syke!

My thanks to Terrence and also to Lord Kazimierz Złowieszczy for applying for 
the position.  Both of these good lords were excellent candidates to be our 
Seneschal, and Baroness Alys had a difficult time choosing between them.

I promise my full support to my successor, and I hope that everyone in the Shire 
will do all they can to help Terrence in his efforts to lead and guide Loch 
Ruadh.
