[Loch-Ruadh] Officers meeting tonight

Sadly Tegwared and I will not be able to attend Gulf War this year. I was holding out hope, but the course I am in right now is very assignment heavy and keeping me too busy for pre-war prep., then my next class, which is Algebra starts on March 5th. I don't see any way I could keep up with the class during War, so that was the final decider for us staying home this year.
