At officers meeting last night we have set some of the deadlines for Gulf War.

We will need a verbal conformation of attendence, tent information and other camping needs by Feb. 1st. This allows us to start working with the land coordinator and do a tentative layout. The layout will be available at Febuary's Officer meeting.

This does NOT mean that you must be preregistered by Feb. 1st, only that you have your camping information available to the camp coordinator regarding how many are in your party and your tent sizes.
 
Also note that due to some misuses by other groups in the past few years the Gulf War staff will be very closely monitoring how many campers we have at Gulf War, and how much land we are given for our group.  This means that we need to limit how much room we use per camper so that we will have room left for the kitchen, dining area, and bardic circle.

ACCEPS will be available until Feb. 26

Your pre-reg conformation and confirmed tent size needs to be emailed to Lady Aingeal by March 1st. So that our allocation list can be verified.
