[Loch-Ruadh] July populace

Forgive me for not answering sooner, I'm just catching up on e-mails.
 
We have three options:
 
A) Cancel the populace meeting.
 
B) Hold the meeting as scheduled since IHOP may very well be open that evening.
 
C) Move the meeting, hopefully to someplace where there are fireworks and we can have a Populace/ fireworks meeting!
 
Anyone have any preferences and a location for option C?

I noticed that July populace falls on the 4th of the month. Are we still
having it?
