[Loch-Ruadh] My browser is blocking the Loch Ruadh web site

The website has been restored and should no longer give any messages. I have
not been able to get the message to return using IE or Firefox.

He was told about the issue. He tried recreating the issue and could not.
So he thought it was just a glitch. Now that he knows it isn't, he will look
into it again this evening. Thanks for letting us know.
