I don't know if they closed the Regal Plastics location that used to be off 820 over near the old location of Tandy Leather.  They still have a Dallas location on 35E at Royal Ln.  They were carrying sheets of ABS.
 
If you can't get it there or have them ship it to you the alternate is buying old plastic 55 gallon drums.

Anyone know where to obtain an 8x4 sheet of  ABS plastic for Armor?
