[Loch-Ruadh] Halloween party

I would like to invite all of you to a Halloween party at my house on the 31st at 6:00 p.m.  Costumes and masks are encouraged.  Bring scary stories, poems, songs and a snack  to share.   I am about one block from city hall where they do a community carnival for Halloween.  If you have ever wanted to ride on a fire truck, this would be your chance.  You can ride around the block with sirens blaring.
