Oct 19 is the shed inventory, clean out and repair day, noon, Caerell and Aingeal's.
Thomas and Aingeal are looking into materials needed to do repairs. We will cull down no longer needed items at this time.

Date of Officer's meeting has been moved to Sept 25. It will still be held at Vivian's.

Sept Get Together:
Floria & Sybil will shop for food. Shed load out is at 9 am on the day of. A couple people are needed for this. We will take 1 pavilion and 8 tables.
A small raffle featuring items made by Shire artisans will be held. Monies to go to new gate fund. Artisans participating please bring your item to the event.

Gulf War Gate: gate has not been brought down due to weather and mundane issues. Looking to have it completed in the very near future.

Herald: has 2 submissions in, no updates. If you have an interest in Heraldry, please contact Terrence and he will arrange to meet with you.

Webminister: office needs opening.

Hospitaler: Vote taken and passed: will be culling down loaner garb on Sept 15 at Scribes. Garb to be taken to an SCA Swap to be held on Oct 26.
After the new year, welcome bags will be made for newcomers.

Archery: looking for a new spot. Any suggestions please contact Vivian.

A&S: Scribes at Dana's on Sun 15.
Oct 26 will be SCA Swap at Aingeal's. Starts at 3 pm.
Bardic for Oct will be decided on Oct Populace meeting.
Potential Bee class to be held at Kathy's on Nov 3. More info TBA.

Knight Marshall - no report

2014 Budget: Spend your monies no later than Nov 30. Vote taken, proposed 2014 budget passed.
Inventory: Shed inventory will be held Oct 19. Officers please take an inventory of items you have at home and give it to Thomas by Oct Officer's Meeting.

Old Business: Caerell fixed and updated the website.
