We have a neighborhood 4th of July parade that comes right in front of my house on the 4th.  The parade starts at city hall at 9:00 so they close down the street to my house a few minutes before it starts---definitely not an SCA time event because the parade needs to be over before it is hot.  I would love to have some of you come over and join the parade watching party.
