<DIV>Alric and I have decided (on the spur of the moment) to go over to 

Scarborough Faire today.  The weather is nice and we haven't been to the 

Faire for several years.  If anyone wants to go along, we should be leaving 

around 10:30 or 11:00.  I know it's last minute, but we just made this 

decision only moments ago.  </DIV>
