determine what we want included. It will mainly be used to give the Autocrats
an idea of timeframes for bidding and event notices, when to mail out
invitations, who should be responsible for what, and will include pertinemt
forms and contact numbers. input from induvidual coordinators will be added at

well since I cannot attend Officers meetings due to work I did not know
