<DIV>Actually, there have been cases where spam has gotten through on the Loch Ruadh list. Also, lately I have gotten lots of spam to this email address from other sources. So I changed my spam filter to "high". It automatically sends out a message to people who are not in my address book and moves the message to a holding folder. That way, spam doesn't go to my inbox and I can quickly read all the posts. After I read them, I look at the suspect email folder and add delete everything unless it is from someone I recognize. I then click "move to inbox and add contact". Eventually, all list members will be in my address book, and then only new list members' emails will go to the suspect email box. Sorry if you got your feathers ruffled, but it keeps me from having to open suspect emails. This saves me a lot of time, especially since I have all four of my email addresses set up this way.</DIV>

If you do, you should set it to receive email from the list. Hopefully the list is moderated and you will see a very low level of SPAM (I am the moderator for Elfsea, for instance, and I don't remember any SPAM getting through at all). </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
