I don't know if anyone else went out due to the dark clouds, but I did go out and the City still has not mowed the grass and it is over a foot tall.  There aslo may have been a mud issue, but I did not even get out of my truck to check that after I saw the grass. Much disappointment, as my lord husband went out yesterday to check for me and reported that there were tractor/mowers moving around in the park area, I guess they did not feel our area needed mowing. Maybe they will mow by the next practice date.
