[Loch-soilleir] Loch opportunities for December

It looks like it's a go! I've made a few phone calls, and some of my old
singing group are interested as well, which works out well, since I've been
trying to get them to come play SCA again. Doing your neighborhood &
adjourning to your house for munchies would be lovely! (Especially if
Avatar will come too!)

What do you think about asking everyone to bring a munchie? Cookies,
brownies, plague mice, etc?

Where & when should we meet? I was originally thinking 7 pm since that's a
time people would normally have reserved for populous anyway, but since it's
getting darker earlier, should we try for 6 or 6:30?

Once we get the details, I'll post it to the Coastal List as well, and see
if any Stargaters want to come.

Thanks,
Kat

ps - any requests for particular songs? I'll make up some lyric sheets for
everyone ahead of time.

I LIKE IT!
Where do you intend to carol?
Maybe I could get Al (Avatar) to accompany us on his guitar!
I could make cookies and maybe someone could bring hot cider in a cooler.
If we do my neighborhood we could adjourn to my house for munchies.

Just wondering ...

We had thrown out the idea of going caroling at Loch Yule. Since there is
no populous this month, is anyone interested in going on the normal meeting
night? (Tuesday, Dec 21, 7pm) No singing ability required - and I will
provide the songbooks. (The good thing about caroling is you only need a
few songs - you just repeat them over and over for a new audience!)

We probably need at least 4-5 people to make it worthwhile. All ages
welcome, garb preferred!

Or, is anyone interested in being caroled, and feeding us lots of hot cocoa
and cider?

Hindsight is always best - maybe this is something worth planning in advance
next year?

Kat
