I am gathering the info from all attending the war... I know there are some out there not on the coastal list.
 
so here is what I am in need of:
SCA/mundane names
Tent size w/ropes, number of people 
Group camping with., ie Loch Soilleir , 
Date of arrival
Pre-Registered? y/n  < Pre-registering closes on Jan. 31st
 
if they are not able to pre-reg, I will do all I can for them....send me the info anyways
