Canton, Texas.

If mailing, payments must be RECEIVED by June 30 (that's only 11 days from
today).

a $1.00 per transaction fee to pre-register online.  Several people may
pre-register in one transaction using the same credit card, the charge is
only $1.00 for the one transaction.  So gather up your friends, your
