Jennette,

Before we cart the TV up there, can we find out if we'll have access to an outlet to plug it in? (And whether we'll need extension cords?)

Hi!

Okay here is a list of all the items that have been offered for the history display:

>From Bors & Ann:
- original baronial coronets
- personal arms on shields and banners
- flock of 6 mini sheep

>From William:
- the two big sheep
- some banners

>From Ginevra:
- scrolls
- video of the Noah play the Loch did (Margie has a TV/VCR combo, so I'll be able to show the video at the museum)
- photo album

>From Jennette:
- more Serpent's Tales and Loch & Dams than I know what to do with

Other stuff I would like:
- banner stands
- the original thrones

I need to know who will be bringing what and when. I can take up small stuff (I'm traveling with Margie in one car). I will bring the Serpent's Tales and Loch and Dams. I can also bring the stuff from Ginevra. Lessa, could you bring the stuff from Bors and Anne? Since you have been in contact with them they might be more comfortable loaning the stuff to you. Ulstead, could you bring up the original thrones and any banner stands we have in the storage shed?

I will contact the cooridnator about how much space we will have. And if we should or could bring our own tables.

I will be on site Thursday afternoon and will take charge of setting up the display.

If anybody else has anything else they want to display, let me know.

Jennette
