[Loch-soilleir] Loch Soilleir history Q

It is French for sun or sunny lake. If I remember right Bors and Aidan both 
worked on the name. Some of the versions they submitted of clear lake were 
already taken. Loch Soilleir was the version that passed the College of Heralds.
