[Loch-soilleir] Barrier found on road

To whom it may concern:  Lady Wyllow found what
appears to be part of the Green barriers used in the
Chivalric Pas d'Arms on the way home from from Loch
Guardian Sunday.  She will bring it to Populace on
Tuesday for the owners to pick up.
