[Loch-soilleir] Tourney by the Loch

OK, Tourney by the Loch is this weekend.  We need to
start really talking it up on the various Kingdom
Lists to try to generate some talk and get the people
out to the event!

The weather forcast all say that the rain will stop
today and it should be clear and coll for the event!
