[Loch-soilleir] Vivat to our new Prince and Princess

For those of you that have recently joined us in the Loch, the reason I 
issued the news on our list is that our Ulsted is our current Reeve (but 
will be giving up that position temporarily) and Ulsted and Cateau were the 
Loch's Baron and Baroness for several years until May 2003.
