[Loch-soilleir] Populous Meetings

Time to duck!
The populace meeting has been the third Tuesday since I have been in the Loch, approx. 10 years.  I think that means it is in stone.
The fighter practice date was chosen since that was the only day most of the fighters in Stargate and the Loch could agree on.  It may have also been chosen because that was a convenient night for the student who was sponsoring the fighter practice at U of H (way back when).  We are supposed to have a student going to school there for us to practice there but that hasn't been enforced in years.
The Loch fighters just miss the third Tuesday at U of H.

regular fighter practice every Sunday before we went
to the joint fighter practice with Stargate. Part of
it is most likely habit and tradition.
