[Loch-soilleir] Award of the Queen's Rapier to Brian o'hUilliam

Yesterday, Her Majesty Sibri saw fit to recognize Brian o'hUilliam with the 
Award of the Queen's Rapier of Ansteorra.  The award is given at the 
discretion of the Consort to persons "who have striven greatly to further 
their skill level and capbilities in rapier combat, the arts, and basic 
heraldry.  They shall be exemplars of courtly graces, manners, and 
chivalry."

Those of us in the Loch have long known of his skills and manners and 
graces, now her Majesty has noticed him too!
