[Loch-soilleir] Last candlemark reminders for Tourney by the Loch

Greetings unto the Loch from Wyllow, “Keeper of the Lists!”

I thought this day would never come!  But I am to my final list reminders for all and sundry.  

Generic reminders and last-minute calls for help:

Gate Duty: We are short-handed.  A 1-hour shift, anytime between 9am-2pm, would help.  Please see Yami, or stop by gate to sign up.

Feast Servers: We only have 3.  We need 4 burly Germans just to carry in the main course!  (And 14 servers to efficiently make our tables groan under the weight of the feast.)  Please see Lord Pace, or Hedwig in the kitchen, to sign up.

Waterbearers;  It’s going to be hot & humid!  Giovanna will need all the help she can get!  Offer her a hand out on the list field.

A&S judging: We will be looking for a few newer artisans (Thistle-bearers) that did not enter and would like to work with a Laurel and/or an Iris to learn what judges look for in an entry.

Decorations:  Jennette has already sent out the call for evergreens and white lights.  A couple of ladders or modern-day pole-arms might be handy.  List Field pavilions, banners, etc would add to the effect.  Come by on Friday to help with setup.
