[Loch-soilleir] Demo at Houston Museum of Natural Sciences

1.) The demo is inside, in the lobby area (which is fairly large), with the
exception of the horses and the seige weapons (if they allow them)
 
2.) As far as why the HMNS?  I imagine it all comes down to the money.  It's
not exactly a "science-based" exhibit, but it's worth seeing nonetheless,
and the special effects are based on scientific principles.  But, I'm sure
the exhibit will bring in a lot of visitors to the museum.  (just my 2 cents
worth!)
 
3.) There's not a Troll but there will be an area for volunteers to check
in.  Last Saturday and Sunday there was a clipboard near the A&S displays.
You can park in the museum parking garage, and bring in your parking ticket
for validation.

I have a few questions about the demo this weekend.  
 
One, is it out of doors or inside the museum?
 
Two, why the Museum of Natural Sciences for this type of exhibit?  Does
anyone know?
 
Three, we have come from Atlantia and volunteered, but not received
confirmation.  We plan to show and check in at Troll.  Is that what is
expected?  Does anyone know?

The Houston Museum of Natural Science is hosting the Lord of the Rings
Exhibit from June 4 - August 28. They have requested our presence for the
Exhibit and we have committed to 3 weekends, June 4-5, June 11-12, and
August 27-28. They have also requested people to be there on the evening of
June 3 for their opening night, which will run overnight.

We will be demonstrating all aspects of the SCA, including A&S, fighting,
