[Loch-soilleir] Galveston?

If I am not mistaken and I may be- when the Loch was set up,  the  northern 
boundry was the Pasadena Freeway  except for a small zip code  intrusion 
because Duke Sigmund wanted to be counted as Star Gate instead of the  Loch.  This 
is no longer a problem because Duke Sigmund has now moved into  solidly into 
the Loch- Maybe we should start looking at retrieving that zip  code back.
Southern boundry was Galveston 
Eastern boundry was the Bay of Galveston
Western boundry was Manvel
